Rules & Tips

Attendance & Make-Up Classes

Attendances: We respect and want to flexible for your busy schedule. Please inform us at least 48 hours prior to a lesson you will miss. Note that we hold a spot for your child and prepare the lesson and materials. Once we are within the 48-hour window, it will count as a lesson and cannot be rescheduled.

Rescheduling Make-up: Requests to reschedule need to occur at least 48 hours before the lesson you would like to join. Earlier requests get priority. Requests are normally confirmed as reserved to you 48 hours prior to a lesson. Once a rescheduled spot is confirmed as reserved for you, it will automatically count as lesson and cannot be rescheduled.
More Details: A single missed lesson can only be rescheduled and reserved for you once. Please make sure the rescheduled time suits you the best. Lessons can only be rescheduled to a different time/day than your current lessons, and need to be completed before your last normal lesson. In case your desired reschedule slot is unavailable, we will work with you to find a new slot.

How are lessons counted?
A) Normal lessons in your regular time slot, including no-shows.
B) Rescheduled lesson, after confirmed reserved, including no shows. Cannot be re-adjusted once confirmed.

Refunds

At our art studio, we wholeheartedly appreciate the enthusiasm and commitment of each student embarking on our creative journey. It’s important to note that the nature of our art studio courses involves meticulous planning and allocation of limited space and resources to ensure an enriching experience for every child. Once the course sequence begins, this careful preparation and planning is set in motion, making it very challenging for us to accommodate changes.

We kindly ask for your understanding that, regrettably, we cannot provide refunds once the course has begun. Rest assured, we are here to support and ensure that your child’s artistic adventure with us is as fulfilling and enjoyable as possible. If you have any concerns or questions, please feel free to reach out anytime, and we’ll be more than happy to assist you on your child’s creative journey. Your understanding and cooperation contribute to maintaining the positive and creative nurturing atmosphere that defines our art studio community.
