About me: My name is Hedy Yang, a former lead teacher from top private schools in the Bellevue/Seattle Washington area from 2018 to 2023. Previous to that I taught in Shanghai, China. I am a formal teacher with a teaching degree and an AMI Montessori certificate in both China and the United States. With over 10 years of hands-on experience in nurturing children’s creativity through art, I bring a deep understanding of their developmental needs and a passion for fostering their imagination. My approach is centered on creating a safe, supportive space where your child can explore their artistic expression while also developing important life skills.
